Perth Colon Health and Wellness Centre

I have been coming here for years, friendly staff, clean facilities and in general a nice experience. I was disappointed to see that the lovely Marilyn no longer works there, instead I was greeted by an unwelcoming and very rude lady yesterday. Each request was met with rudeness, as though it was just too much to ask for anything to make my appointment more comfortable. I will definitely NOT be going there again – the most unpleasant experience! A real shame.

I booked and I made a $50 deposit for my appointment over the phone. I wasn’t 100% sure if I could make it to the appointment so I checked how much time I need to provide for cancellation. I was informed 24 hours. I rang 4 days in advance to cancel my appointment and the owner said she won’t refund the deposit. I have no problem with none refundable deposit but you need to inform your customer at the time of booking. I said I wasn’t told about this and the owner said she needs to contact her book keeper to give me a refund and she’s too busy. I also have a business so I offered her to walk her though on how to give a refund. Her respond is, she needs to talk to her book keeper. This is a very bizarre answer and terrible customer service.

Not really the best colonic clinic I have been too. The staff like to come in and out of the room a lot despite there being a bell if you need any help. Can understand if it was my first or second time but after 7 years I’m cool with how it all works and as not afraid to ring the bell if I do need help. They limit your time on the table to 35 minutes and it all seems very rushed. The energy is not the best either. I don’t think I will be back and I won’t be recommending anyone to come here either.

I recently attended Perth Colon Health & Wellness Centre through a recommendation from a friend after having a few years of stomach issues. From first contact with Perth Colon Health, Alina and Jeni were super helpful, warm and understanding. For a procedure that is quite daunting at first, they treated me with so much kindness and understanding that I went in for 3 sessions and intend to go back again! Thank you ladies! PS the warm turmeric and chai tea post treatment is worth it in itself ;-).

First ⭐️ goes to the location nice and close to the city right on the bus line and train line.Second ⭐️ staff very friendly, made me feel very comfortable and normal about sticking something up my bumThird ⭐️ very informative with how everything works, took time to explain everything along with the benefits of why I was doing this, even gave me health tips, they offer a full range of products for my health this I liked.Forth ⭐️ goes to what they have to offer, not just a colonic they have a sauna which I did for 45 min. They have ion foot spas which I will do next time, you can easily kill 2 hours in this place pampering yourself.Fifth ⭐️ for what you get I found it affordable compared to some of the spas I’ve been to and this has great benefits that you can feel right away, first time was awkward but this is my second time now and it’s much better I was more relaxed, thanks to the staff. I’m looking forward to my third visit as I purchased a package.

A beyond positive experience. I had 3 consecutive colonics and by the third I felt so wonderful. I have struggled with gut issues for years and was not expecting such a transformational effect. The women who assisted me during my treatments were so kind, knowledgable and professional. They explained everything and really know their stuff!! Everything they said I would experience (physically and emotionally) happened. 1+ week and I am still enjoying less bloating, less food reactions, less brain fog, clearer skin. Their colonic machine is fantastic, very private and you feel like you have a lot of control over your experience. You can also see what comes out through a tube on the floor which I suppose is gross but I loved it haha its amazing all the things that come out when you give your colon a proper clean.Would recommend this place to anyone and I will be going back regularly.Thank you so much ladies!!

The best choice EVER to go here. Beautiful staff that made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, they went above and beyond. Never had colonics before. The wholistic Body Transformation Program was excellent - I lost 7 kilos and felt amazing. Going back for more - DO THIS !!!

Started going here when it first opened and through a couple of owners. Usually do a course of three once a year.Haven't visited since Covid. Excellent service.

I've been a client of this wonderful service for 5 years. The ladies have been unfailingly caring and supportive of my healing journey. I can't thank you enough. Check out the infrared sauna as well as the little cabinet near the front counter for healthy goodies like the yummy tonic chai or something for the home like the salt lamps which I had to bring home.
